As head of Quality for a medical device manufacturer in the RTP area I have utilized Net Friends for IT support for just under 10 years. Without exception they have been great to work with. As anyone who has been down the road knows, IT issues can be 'challenging'. It is reassuring to know that I could turn to a technically capable and responsive team such as Net Friends. Ah!
