Who We Are

Abe began his Net Friends career over 16 years ago and has since made a crater-sized dent in our Network Operations Center. As an avid wilderness enthusiast, he loves camping in the Pacific Northwest with his son. Let it be known that Abe is vying for a valleyspeak resurgence.

Aloha is a Leucistic axolotl and the only Net Friend with the secret talent of glowing GREEN! Her favorite snackies are bloodworms (yum?). You can visit her at our HQ in Durham and watch her go *beast mode* at feeding time.

Neelesh built his early IT career from a bi-coastal perspective with his boots on the ground serving clients. Two decades later and now as an MSP leader, he keeps those experiences close as he focuses on crafting meaningful customer journeys. Fun fact: he once lived in 5 different countries in just under three years. Talk about an impressive footprint!

Rachel's former career at IBM and 20+ years of Help Desk experience has equipped her to lead our Support Center in delivering "world-class"-rated services. She is also certified in IT Service Management and deeply versed in the ITIL framework. Her all-time favorite movie is Pretty Woman and Italy is one of the top stops on her bucket list.

John's first job out of college was as a field tech at Net Friends back in 1999, and we all knew he was in it for the long haul when he became owner in 2009. An avid traveler, John's visited 48 states (the 2 he's missing are not what you'd expect) and about 20 countries. He loves writing, reading anything by Brandon Sanderson, and is always up for a card game of Dominion or poker.
