Our Staffing Plan for COVID-19

To all Net Friends customers in the Raleigh-Durham community:

Net Friends has authorized staff to work remotely at their own discretion while we adapt to the elevated threat level caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. We have also conducted Business Continuity drills and followed our existing Pandemic Response plans to ensure that all staff are able to fully work remotely. Our staff is very well positioned and are readily handling support requests as they come in.

All staff have been provided training on how to provide support during the pandemic emergency response conditions. Additional Paid Sick Leave days have been provisioned to all staff to ensure they are able to isolate themselves if appropriate and commit to a full recovery. Field technicians have received special hygiene kits, ensuring they have what they need to protect themselves and our customers in the event onsite support is needed.

We remain as committed as always to supporting our customers, and are prepared to be little more creative and adaptive in how we deliver our support. Contact us today if you have any further questions.
