At Net Friends we do things a little differently. We believe that the strongest relationships are built on collaboration and mutual respect, not rigid legal obligations. That is why we shifted our focus from traditional contracts to agreements.

This is a fundamental shift to reflect how we have always viewed our relationships with our clients. We see you as a partner, not just a customer. An agreement, by its very nature, emphasizes this spirit of partnership. It signifies a shared understanding and a commitment to working together towards common goals.

Partnership in Practice

What does this mean for you? First, it reinforces our dedication to a true partnership that goes beyond transactional engagements. We are in this for the long haul, working side-by-side with you to ensure your success.

This agreement also empowers you. We actively encourage our partners to raise issues and bring challenges to our attention. We believe that open communication is the cornerstone of problem-solving. When you highlight a concern, you are not just pointing out a problem; you are giving us the opportunity to collaborate with you to find the best solution. Your agency and power in this relationship are paramount.

We offer a risk-free partnership. If our solutions do not align with your needs, you are not bound by a long-term legal contract. You are free to exit the agreement with 60-90 days' notice (your agreement will specify the exact period). We also prioritize a positive relationship by never automatically renewing, preventing the common frustration of missed cancellation windows.

This strategy focuses on client success and quality service, not cash flow. Meaning you do not have to worry about us being acquired and suddenly changing course. Our focus remains firmly on our partnership with you, ensuring continuity and stability.

All the Benefits, None of the Bureaucracy

You might be wonder, What about all the protections a contract offers? Rest assured, our agreement maintains all the essential benefits and safeguards you would expect from a traditional contract. This includes:

  • Insurance coverage: We maintain all the insurance you would expect, including cybersecurity insurance, liability insurance, etc.
  • Service Level Agreements (SLAs): Our commitment to performance remains steadfast. Additionally, we recognize you know your business best, and we work with you to determine what events are critical.
  • Data security and privacy: Your information is protected by the highest standards.
  • Pricing: You will maintain stable pricing for a minimum of 12 months.
  • Other: All other critical legal and operational assurances, that your business needs to feel confident in our relationship.

The difference is that an agreement fosters a more dynamic and collaborative environment. It emphasizes our shared commitment to success, giving you more agency and power in shaping the trajectory of our partnership.
