Standard Solution:  

  • Initial Server Coverage: Covers one server under the Service Level Agreement (SLA), ensuring comprehensive protection.

Pricing for Extras:

  • Additional Servers and Workstations: Costs for adding extra devices align with Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools pricing, allowing for predictable and scalable expansion.
  • Extra Server Support under NetVisor Contract: Additional server support is available at $75 per server, per month, for servers not included in the standard SLA.

SLA Alignment:

  • Backup services are in sync with SLA terms, covering everything from response times to after-hours support.
