We extend our support to a wide range of devices including cell phones, tablets, laptops, and desktops. Regardless of the number of devices an employee uses, the monthly cost stays consistent.
We are here to make sure all your company’s devices are working properly. This includes fixing them when they break, managing the software and operating system updates, and connectivity to printers and Wi-Fi. All is covered by NetVisor services.
We take security seriously and provide antivirus monitoring, email filtering and encryption. Additionally, we will work with you to create a cybersecurity aware culture by offering monthly training to your staff.
Net Friends also sends detailed reports each month on the health of your IT systems. These reports help you plan and provide insight into how your company devices are functioning.
